Everything started around 1930, when a group of landowners needed the long winter evenings, in an entertaining and entertaining way, mixing the gathering with the typical Chilean and Spanish gastronomy.
Today our menu is based on ancestral recipes prepared with great dedication, in which stand out, callitos, kidneys with sherry, osobuco a la española, quail, pork rolled, tongue, fish and seafood, without forgetting our traditional oven empanadas and fried, as well as the chocolate cake and humitas.
